If an item is returned to the shop due to the buyer not entering a correct mailing address we will attempt to contact the buyer about a new address. If no response is given after 1 week the buyer will have a refund issued. The refund will be the paid amount paid minus the actual cost of shipping to the shop minus a 20% restocking fee. For example if an item costs $40 (with free shipping) you could receive $28.34 back. $40 - $3.66(shipping cost) - $8(restocking fee) = $28.34

If you wish to return an item to the shop, please contact the shop with 14 days of delivery and we will send you a return label. The item must be put in the mail within 21 days of delivery. The refund will be the paid amount paid minus the actual cost of shipping to the shop (both directions) minus a 20% restocking fee. For example if an item costs $40 (with free shipping) you will receive roughly $24.68 back. $40 - $3.66 (or actual shipping cost to customer) - $3.66(or actual shipping cost from customer) - $8(20%) = $24.68

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders or those with personalization are not refundable. We are sorry, but once it is customized we are unable to return it as it is personalized to you. Please contact us with any questions before ordering a custom or personalized order. When requesting a personalization we will ask for the personalization at checkout. WHATEVER is entered there is what we will personalization the item with, including punctuation. So please check it carefully. If we are concerned there is an error in the personalization, we will contact you to clarify, but if after 2 business days with no reply we will ship the item with the submitted personalization. Again, please check the personalization carefully as it will not be returnable or refundable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do offer gift packaging. We will choose one of our reusable gift bags and add a short message to the tag, based on your note or card message you have included. Please contact us if there is something specific you want on the message tag. Short messages include "Happy Birthday (insert name we are shipping to)" or "Merry Christmas (insert name we are shipping to)". Please let us know if you do not want anything on the tag. Also, we can help accommodate color request on the wrapping, but can not guarantee a certain color or pattern. Please reach out with specific requests and we will do our best to accommodate. The best place to look for the full options will be our Gift Bag section of the shop.

Wholesale availability

At this time we do not offer wholesale. Our items are small batch made personally and sold from us to our customers.

Shipping via third-parties

Shipping delays created by natural and human sources may affect delivery times. Most items are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery times are estimated times and may be subject to change. Mimi and Philip Designs, LLC will deliver your order to the USPS within the order's specified time. However, we are seeing considerable difficulty getting the USPS to act in a timely fashion. If you want generally more reliable shipping please choose FedEx shipping at checkout. Note FedEx shipping is not included in free shipping. We can not guarantee the processing times for any of our shipping vendors.

Refunds will be available if they meet the returned/exchanged policies above. The refund will not be issued until the returned item is received and deemed by Mimi and Philip Designs, LCC and/or its operators to be in similar condition to that in which it was shipped from the store. The refund will be processed through Etsy payments and the timeline for receiving your refund is determined by Etsy and its refund policy, not by Mimi and Philip Designs, LLC.
