Note: Hand finished items will always have a unique characteristic and not be as uniform as machine manufactured items, for most this seems to be the appeal of them. The calligraphy is hand-created and not designed to give a block finish, although it can have a varied aesthetic depending on the letters that compose the name.

Shipping is fulfilled through USPS - for local pickups (San Antonio, TX) please send me a message and I will create a custom listing for you, so you don't pay for shipping. I ship in carefully packaged boxes, with loads of bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Package handling in the mailing process can be rough though, so should the glass arrive broken, please send me a message with photo evidence and I will ship a new one out to you as soon as possible.
