If you see something you like but would like a different length, a personalized charm, a different color, etc., please do not hesitate to ask. I will be happy to help! I do ask that if you want something customized to a specification that is not in the item description please message me prior to purchasing. If you would like extra charms or extra length there may be additional charge.

I include a coin comparison photo with each listing for a size reference. If you have any further questions I would be happy to answer them. If you are ordering a gift for someone and not sure what length to order I will work with you to find the right choice. Necklace length includes the length of the charm so for the horizontal bar necklaces especially, take that into consideration. I would suggest trying on something similar that you own and measuring. Jewelry should always be the last thing you put on. Avoid spraying hairspray and perfume onto jewelry. I use stainless steel in the majority of my work as it is more durable than other metals. It will not tarnish or chip and it is pretty sturdy, however, I do recommend taking jewelry off before bed and swimming or bathing. Some of the charms I use that are pewter or plated can tarnish over time. Wiping them with a soft jewelry cloth will make them look brand new again. The brass and copper pieces in my shop are raw metal. I do coat and polish them with a protective, food safe, coating to slow the tarnishing process. You can let your pieces age for a rustic look with character or they can be cleaned easily with ketchup.

All of my jewelry comes on a handmade card inside a cotton lined box with a bow and is suitable for gift giving. If you would like me to add a personalized note or other special gift wrap I will be happy to help.

I sincerely mean it when I say that I want my customers to be happy. If an error is made on my part I will work hard to make it right. Shop policies currently state that you must contact me within 5 days and return within 14. I understand that gifts are bought weeks in advance and things like size or length issues may not be apparent right away. I am always happy to work with my customers and am more than willing to make exceptions. Please contact me if you have any problems, questions, or concerns. Return shipping and, should an exchange be involved, cost of shipping the new item will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shop policies currently state that I do not accept cancellations, however, I will accept them if your shipping label has not been created yet. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel as I do my best to get orders out quickly.

Quantity available for each item listed is only one, however, for most items I have more available. If you would like more than one just send me a message and if it is available I can increase the quantity available for you before you order.

I take all of my photos in natural, outdoor light, and I do not edit the color in photos. I do my best to depict each product as accurately as possible. Due to variations in stones, and settings on monitors, the color may vary slightly.
