This maple edge grain cutting board is part of The Collection, made up of unique [individually numbered] signature cutting boards. Hand-crafted and naturally conditioned to bring out the chef in you for every recipe.
Each board begins from carefully picked, rough sawn lumber. The lumber is then processed, cut and assembled to create unique boards that are truly one of a kind. Because of the unique color of the rough sawn lumber, no two boards are ever alike. Each board is then oiled with food grade mineral oil and finished with our own custom board wax consisting of food safe mineral oil, beeswax, and carnauba wax.
