Due to Canada Post going on strike YET AGAIN, all shipping from my store has been changed. Within Canada I am charging $22. This amount only covers some of my orders, some orders can cost me $25 to ship but I am absorbing that for the time being. If the actual postage is less than $22 I will refund you the difference. I have had to suspend allowing orders from anywhere else as the shipping charges were astronomical when not shipping through Canada Post. I will allow international orders as soon as the strike is over!!

Yes, I will accept returns. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Once items are received back at BoxerHardware in new condition, refunds will be issued, minus a 15% re-stocking fee where applicable. ONLY THE ITEM(S) THAT ARE RETURNED WILL BE REFUNDED, NOT THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY FEE PAID.

I send 99% of orders in a recyclable, padded brown paper envelope - please recycle it! At this time I do not send by regular envelope.

Stainless Steel If an item says "Stainless Steel", this means that the exact grade of stainless steel used was not given. Nickel / Lead / Cadmium Free If an item does NOT have any information given about being nickel/lead/cadmium free, that means that either it isn't free of those items, or the information is not known. Sterling Silver There are a lot of bogus sterling silver findings out there and I am continually questioning current listings and searching for new affordable items. Some (most) of my sterling silver items have been tested by me using a home chemical test. Please let me know if you find any of my sterling silver items to be of lesser quality than you would like.

I am always on the lookout for new and exciting items to add to my shop. If you have something that you would like to see me carry, just send me a message and we can chat about it!

Why does BoxerHardware never get a Star Seller Badge for Dispatch & Tracking?

Under the current Etsy setup, Boxerhardware will never get to be a Star Seller. I currently get Star Seller Badges for both message response and average rating, however I never get one for Dispatch and Tracking because I live in Canada. I choose to send almost all orders within Canada by oversize lettermail to keep costs low for you, my customers. This however, does not come with tracking, and Etsy uses the tracking for the Dispatch & Tracking badges.
