Every purchase is gift wrapped! A free surprise gift is included in every shipment!

If you wish to send a personal note with your gift, please leave me a note in "quotation marks" and I will include it with your order instead of my customer letter.

Some of my items are available for wholesale to boutiques and galleries. Please contact me about the pieces you are interested in and about the quantity of each.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are welcome. I love working together with the customer on a new design. I love what I do and create for your pleasure. I cherish all your comments and suggestions. If you have a special request, I would be happy to work with you.

I ship using Canada Post. The international air mail does not include tracking. If you require the package sent via Registered Mail, Insured or Tracked, a separate charge will be incurred by the Buyer and I will send an invoice through PayPal. I am not responsible for any undelivered international shipments if Tracking is not purchased. All order over $100 will have an automatic tracking set up. Please contact me for all international purchases outside Canada or US.

Shipping for additional items

FREE SHIPPING for each additional item you buy from KapKaDesign. I will combine all purchases within one day period to the same address at no additional charge. You are only charged the fee for one item with the highest shipping fee.

$5.00 fee (non-refundable) 20% down (non-refundable) 8 weeks to pay off. Your Item ships after the last payment clears. HOW IT WORKS: I will set up 5 reserve listings for you. The first will be the down payment + $5.00 fee (non-refundable) . The other 4 will be your payments that need to be made every 2 weeks (refundable). I will ship your item after the final payment. Please make your payments every 2 weeks. If there is a problem please convo me. If you are over 7 days late on a payment, and have not made prior arrangements with me, the item will be placed back for sale. All payments, less the $5.00 fee and the 20% down will be refunded to you. If you need different arrangements, contact me.
