* Skyline & Oak holds protected copyrights for designs sold on it's page. I work hard to to produce original work, and squeeze in my work time between my child's daily appointments. Thank you in advance for respecting that.

This license allows you to use designs you’ve purchased from Skyline & Oak (including “often stressed, a bit of a mess, but totally blessed” designs) on physical goods, for both personal and small business use, within the limits outlined below. It does not grant you permission to make any type of new designs using the trademarked phrase.

* As the end user of a digital design, it is your responsibility to check for potential trademark violations before using a design. I check the USPTO database before creating new designs, to make sure I’m not infringing upon another company’s intellectual property. However, new trademarks are added frequently, so you must do your due diligence as well. By using these designs you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyline & Oak Designs against any and all liabilities.

ALLOWED USES
* Personal use on a physical end product (please review the not allowed section).

* Small business owners, who make their products themselves (POD not allowed) may also use the files to make finished physical products to be sold in their business up to 100 uses (example: 100 t-shirts or 50 t-shirts and 50 pillows, etc).

* You may combine this and other designs on physical goods for personal or small business use (as long as that is also allowed under the licensing of the other designer’s files you’re using for that purpose). For example, you may add a border or other clipart to any of my designs and use them on your own personal items or items you plan to sell, as long as you are not selling or sharing the digital file or claiming it as your own new design, and as long as it is tasteful (see the not allowed section).


PROHIBITED
* You may not use my designs with any Print On Demand (POD) companies, including, but not limited to Redbubble, Printful, Zazzle, Printify, Merch by Amazon, etc.

* You may not remove words that accompany “often stressed, a bit of a mess, totally blessed” or “often stressed, a bit of a mess, but totally blessed” designs and replace them with your own. For example, most of these designs are sold with a variety of words or phrases that accompany them, such as “mama” or “mom of littles”, etc. They are not to be removed and replaced with a different word or phrase. Any unauthorized use of the same or confusingly similar designs would still subject you to trademark infringement liability of Skyline & Oak’s branding.

* You may not share, resell, or distribute my files in any way. This also includes, but is not limited to, making a replica or similar derivative. Therefore you may not remove a portion of any of my designs and sell as your own digital design file, add other elements to any of my designs and sell as your own digital design file, or rearrange any of my designs and sell as your own digital design file.

* You may not use my designs for anything illegal, pornographic, drug related, or offensive.
