🔹 CNC CLAMPS

We made these CNC Strap Clamps for our use they are so useful we are sharing them! They are very strong and you can just make a new set whenever you need. These are easy to make on any size CNC and are fully Fusion parametric. What's great about these is you can accidentally cut into them and you're not going to lose an expensive end-mill.

We’d recommend using solid hardwood stock like Oak, Ash, Maple, or - Walnut if you’re feeling fancy - to make these from. They are currently set up for 1/4” sized hardware but you could easily change that in the Fusion file parameters.

These clamps work great on any size of CNC Router from industrial to Shapeoko or X-Carve. You could probably cut them from metal and use them in a metal mill as well (not tested but give it a shot!). STL files included for 3D printing these clamps.

The CAM (g-code) is set up for a Shapeoko but is easy to adapt to your needs in the included Fusion 360 file.

🔹 CNC CART

We designed this cart to keep right next to our CNC router. The inclined foam top keeps clutter from piling up and gives you exact locations for your important tools. The sides are designed with a simple hole grid for adjustable shelving and as a system for mounting tool storage fixtures.

The clamp rack is designed to be made from 3/4" plywood and only uses about one-half of a 48x96" sheet. This is dead simple and easy to make. Simply use the pre-drilled screw holes to perfectly align each of your support brackets in the dados which help increase strength while your glue dries. You can make this design with a CNC router or a table saw and hang up all your clamps.

🔹 SHOP STORAGE CART

We designed these scrap storage carts for our shop to fit inside our larger scrap storage rack. There are two carts intended to stack one over the other to hold all kinds of material. The inside walls are incrementally dadoed so you can subdivide as you please with 1/2" plywood.

You can easily edit the design in the included Fusion 360 parametric design file or even the DXF or STEP files – or just cut the nested parts as-is.
