I aim to dispatch items within three working days of receiving an order, but I try my best to send most orders out the next day.
Custom orders will obviously take longer but I will always let you know when your item has been sent.

Orders sent inside the United Kingdom will be sent by the postage category selected at time of purchase.

All orders sent outside the United Kingdom will be sent by the standard Royal Mail airmail service This can sometimes take up to six weeks especially at busy times such as Christmas so please factor this in if you want something for a specific date.

Royal Mail airmail service does not provide a tracking option.

Royal Mail only insure packages up to a value of £20. If you have ordered over this value and require insurance, please contact me for prices.

Shipping upgrades and costs are listed if you wish your purchase to be tracked and signed for.

Delays at customs are beyond my control.
