Custom and personalized orders

We offer custom request such as 1.Different colored shirts on prints 2. Different hat styles on embroidery, 3. Different embroidery color on hats, 4. Other product not listed with our design We cannot personalize items with names, dates or graphics unless you are ordering large quantities, have the graphic, and it is in the proper format. Fee's may apply for such custom requests.

Our clothing is a casual/retail fit and runs true to size! We love blended fabric tees but have lots of 100% cotton options as well. Each listing has a size chart for reference and a fabric breakdown in the description.

All of our glassware is dishwasher-safe! They are screen printed with ink and heat set in an over. We do not use any vinyl or transfers on our glassware. We recommend a top-shelf in the washer :) Prints will never peel or fade on our glasses or apparel items. Please do not iron over the imprinted area on apparel items. As with all colored garments, please do not bleach the t-shirts.

We do not etch our glassware; every glass is hand-printed with highly durable inks!

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

We do stock our items heavily. Most orders ship the same day or the next business day. If we do need to reprint an item, your order can take 2-3 days to process and ship. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need your order to ship out immediately.

If you're reaching out to us on the weekend, we are off. If you reach out to us after 4 pm. Central standard time during the week, we are also off. Online hours and shipping happens, Monday- Friday 8-4 pm Mountain time.
