Where is my tracking number?

Please make sure to read the detailed item description before purchasing to see if the standard shipping for your item includes a tracking number. If it doesn't, I always include the option to upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. If you do not receive a tracking number with your shipping notification than this means that your order did not include tracking. It is the buyer's responsibility to read all information prior to purchasing and choose the tracked shipping if they would like to keep track of their delivery. I do not refund lost orders without tracking but I will be happy to offer a replacement if the package doesn't arrive within 6 weeks internationally, 2 weeks within France. Etsy's review feature doesn't actually know when your item is delivered, especially if your item is shipped without tracking. Etsy will automatically begin to ask for a review after 2 weeks for international orders, however in reality it could take longer for your order to arrive. International orders are subject to customs inspections and multiple sorting facilities so it is absolutely impossible to give an accurate delivery date. Most international packages reach their destination within 2-4 weeks but some can take up to 6 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A REVIEW BEFORE!💜

Help, I forgot to update my shipping address!

Please, please double check your address before completing your purchase! If you notice the mistake straight away, please send me a message immediately with the corrections. I work hard to get your orders in the mail as quickly as possible. If you order has already been shipped then I'm sorry, but it's too late to change the address. You will need to contact your local postal service to ask for help in forwarding your mail or completing a change of address form. Please note that a lot of post offices will ask for a tracking number, so if you did not choose the tracking upgrade, you will not be able to track the delivery process. Ask your post office for help--they will be able to help you more than I can 💙

I ordered the wrong size ring, can I exchange it?

I'm sorry but I do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items like my gemstone bead rings. Each ring is made to order in your choice color, crystal and size, and the chances of me reselling the exact ring is very low. I make each ring just before packing it so that I can guarantee that each ring you receive is new and never worn. *I always recommend having your ring size measured by a professional. Ring sizes are very specific and measuring your finger yourself may result in an inaccurate size. *European size conversions are available in the item description.

Can I wear my rings while washing my hands?

The only rings suitable to be worn on a consistent basis and while washing your hands are sterling silver filled rings and pure copper rings. Plated wire rings are okay for occasional wear, but have a limited lifespan which is quickly shortened by contact with water, chemicals, alcohols, and friction (all of these components are part of washing and drying your hands) *I always recommend removing your rings before applying any products, washing hands, showering, sports and sleeping. *If this doesn't suit your lifestyle, I highly recommend upgrading to the Sterling Silver Filled Wire (Silver SF) which can be restored with a polishing cloth or silver polish when needed
