Just never received the iteam and I reached out more than once. Got no type of communication and gave it a month to see if i would get any updates on it. Disappointly i never got any message back from the shop owner and just filed for a case to get a refund. I love shopping on etsy to support small business owner but this is a first time experience. You shouldn’t be allowed to take payments and not send out product. Atleast communicate with the customer to keep them informed about the product.
