Yes, we do not sell items in "batches". What we list and what you purchase, is what you will get. Please note that we strive to provide accurate representations of our products; pictures are taken under various lightings and at different angles.

Size of items are provided in the photos. We can resize bracelets to be smaller (at the listed price), but not larger in wrist size. Additional beads taken out will be included for customers to use as spare and shipped along with the purchase. No, all payments are processed and handled by Etsy for buyers' and sellers' protection. We do not accept cash or bank transfers or any other payment methods outside of Etsy. Using any payment methods to avoid paying fees and taxes goes against Etsy's policy and the law. Please note that Etsy is able to view all personal messages sent via their messenger system.

1. We do not accept returns for orders that are custom made or personalized; including changes in design and/or wrist size.

2. For all other orders: Please contact us for approval of a return. Orders must be returned within 7 days upon receipt of shipment.

3. Please return EVERYTHING, including packaging, gifts, and other items in the package to qualify for a refund.

4. Buyers assume return shipping cost. Please ship using the same method used with a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process.

5. Once items are received and inspected, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if they are returned in the original condition.

Our quality control standard is very high. We check our items when we receive them from our suppliers, before listing them up after the design and making process, and before shipping them out. We do not ship defective items out.

We are not responsible for the wear and tear of items. Some crystals and gems are more fragile than others by nature. Authentic 925 silver and 14K coated jewelry will tarnish over time if not properly cared for. Prongs that hold stones should be checked regularly by customers to protect stones from falling out. Our responsibility ends at the point items are delivered in their listed condition.

Customized items, including changes in design and/or wrist size, cannot be returned. We charge a 15% restocking fee for all other returned items.

A lot of times, reasons for returns are due to overlooked information that were available in the original listing. Our products are natural, authentic, and go through strict quality control. Please be advised that minor pitting on the surface of products are naturally formed during the growth of the stone. Natural inclusions on and within stones are inevitable. Size of beads can vary slightly. Some beads may appear slightly "flat" due to the grinding process. These are part and parcel of naturally produced crystals and stones.

We ship orders above a certain dollar amount with signature confirmation service. This is to protect both buyers and us due to the rise of porch pirates.

If there was an attempted delivery and an authorized agent was not present to sign for the package, we urge buyers to collect the package personally at the post office as soon as possible. Scheduling a re-delivery can be tricky at times.

If a package that requires a signature is not picked up after a certain period of time, it will be forwarded back to us. Please note that this process can take weeks to months, hence delaying the refund process. We will only refund upon receiving the package back.
