How do I send in my logo or design for a customized product?

Most file types can be sent via the Etsy messaging system. If you have a vector file you'd like to send me or a file type that doesn't work on Etsy you can email that to me at Ralf at semler-tech.com.

Shipping / Tracking / Delays

All of our items ship with tracking. Standard shipping is USPS First Class and for most purchases you will have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Express for faster shipping. Once an item is with the carrier it is literally "out of our hands" and we cannot control how fast it arrives at your door. The tracking updates we see are the same as what you see on your end. We expect shipping to encounter delays during the Holidays, so please order early, consider the faster shipping options, but understand that we do not guarantee any delivery dates. I will make your order and get it out the door, but I cannot guarantee how the mail handles it from there - so please understand that we will not offer refunds for late delivery.

For a quick size reference - 3/4" is the size of a penny (coin), 1" is the size of a quarter

Color of the Leather:
-Russet is the most popular and shows up the clearest when engraved, I always have this in stock.
-Buck Brown has less contrast, a more subtle look
-Orange "Carrot" and Red "Chili Pepper" leathers are fun splashes of color. We usually have fewer panels of these in stock, so if you are planning a larger purchase of these colors please give us a heads-up so we can make sure we have enough on hand.

-Personalized via laser engraving: submit your logo/design or let me know what I can put together for you. Some examples are shown in the photos but there is no need to strictly stick to these. Please keep in mind the very small tags are limited on how much text we can fit and still have it be legible
