Please allow 4-7 business days (Monday - Friday) to make your order. Everything is made to order, printed cut and sewn by hand.

We have a no return & no exchange policy on all our items as they are individually handmade to order. The items can be returned ONLY in case of a defect or wrong size being sent than what you ordered, you must report the problem within 7 days of receipt of product. In this case please send us good photos of the product (damage or size label) along with a clear description of the problem and we'll gladly help you out. IMPORTANT. Please make sure to use the provided size charts to make all the necessary measurements BEFORE you place the order, to ensure a great fit as we don't accept size exchanges. Please ask us questions about sizing and we'll gladly guide you and help you select the correct size.

You can cancel your order within an hour of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please act fast, as soon as the item is sent into production we won't be able to cancel or refund your order.

It's the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you provided wrong address, you can still change it BEFORE the order is shipped. Please send us the message with the correct shipping address. If the order was shipped to a wrong address, there is nothing we can do. If the order gets returned to our facility, you are responsible to pay the shipping to receive the package back to the proper address.

Because our products are made to order, we do not keep stock to ensure our customers receive brand new, unworn, clean pieces every time. Because of this, we do not accept size exchanges. Please make sure to use the provided size charts with your body measurements to ensure a great fit. If you need help or a recommendation, please send us a message so we can guide you with sizing and help you choose the correct size.

Placement of pattern varies, designs when printed may not look exactly like example. The seam lies in the middle between the legs and down the inside of each leg so the pattern may not match up in these areas.
