The items are shipped within 3 -5 days after the payment is received if not stated otherwise in item description of the item.

I always use the address from your Etsy receipt, so if you want the package to be shipped to the other address, please write me a note or send me a convo.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Standard Delivery:
- All the items are shipped by the registered mail. Delivery time is up to 2- 3 weeks to ship internationally so please allow plenty of time for your order to come, especially if it is for a special occasion. European customers can expect their parcel in one week.

Express Delivery
Your order will be dispatched using DHL courier service and can be delivered in 1-3 working days any time between 8 am and 6:30 pm and costs app. 30 USD. Please write your telephone number and couriers will contact you to arrange time of delivery.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please, make your holiday purchases as early as you can, because the post in these months can be slow. I can not take responsibility if the parcel does not arrive in time during the high season.

All items are handmade so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.

Colours you see on your monitor are not always the same as the real item. It depends on your monitor, so I cannot give you a guarantee that your monitor display the colours in the right way, but I hope it should be as close as possible.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders will have a separate shipping schedule and are available upon request. You will receive a photo of the item before the item is shipped.

GIFTS
I am happy to ship directly to gift recipients and include a
complimentary gift note, but if you want a special gift wrap - please contact me before completing your purchase as a special gift wrap requires a special shipping price. Please convey your requests in the note to seller box during the Etsy checkout process.
