■ International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country. Please check import duties policy for your country as this may increase the price. In any case that your package is stuck in customs, We will not accept any extra costs of payment. Please check with you customs and border (custom, warehouse, ...).

■ The "Delivery time" (The time customer receive the package) depends of buyer destination.
Please pay attention apart of shipping time, We still need 1 to 3 weeks for making the model.

■ We ship all our packages with FedEX Express shipping with tracking number and the delivery time is between 1 to 7 business days.

Q: Why products are not cheaper? I see some shops sell cheaper?
A: Please pay attention we are not buying items and resell them. Our models are completely handmade and custom made. The process includes of 3D design, 3D printing, Casting, Polishing, Stone setting. That's why the process takes time. At the end you will get a model with good quality.


Q: How long does a model take to get ready for shipping?
A: We need 1-3 weeks for production but busy working days and holidays can affect it.


Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Most of the models in our store are custom made. We make time for them and customized for customers. That's why we don't accept return or exchange.
But If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and let us know about the problem. We try our best to fix it and keep you happy with your purchase.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping, Etsy fees and custom duty costs.
- If the item is not returned or it is not in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Q: How long the shipping will take?

Q: Do you accept custom design? I have some idea and I would like to make it.
A: Of course we do. You can send us a very simple hand drawing or some sample photos. Write for us what you need, dimensions and sizes. We will prepare a free visualization to check with you. When you agree on model, we can estimate the price. Then you can decide to purchase the model or no.

■ Price quotes for customized jewelry:
Please note that when we give a quote for a custom order, the quoted price is valid for 1 month. We adjust prices according to the changing precious metal and gem market.

■ If you ask for a customized design or give us some idea for making, We have two ways for calculating the price:
1- We don't calculate 3D design, 3D printing and rubber mold cost, but we will be able to resell the design in our store.
2- We are not able to resell the design in our store if you make the model your own private model. For this reason we have to calculate an extra cost except of material costs for 3D design, 3D printing and rubber mold costs and it will start from 300$ to more depends of design complexity (only for the design).

■ RING SIZE: 
- Normally we use US ring size. But we are able to prepare all kind of ring sizes you need. Just let us know about your ring size.

- If your ring size is not in our store please send message and let us know. We are able to prepare the model in any ring size you need.

- When you want to buy the item please choose correct ring size. If you don't know your ring size contact us or use the structure We put in attached images for each item. If you ordered wrong ring size, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible.

If we start the production of model and after you want to change the ring size, It will have extra cost at least (25$) and in some models with stones is not possible. So please pay attention about ring size you choose at the beginning.

■ PENDANTS: In gold pendants, Chain is not included in the price. If you need, we can prepare a gold chain, but the cost of chain will be added to the price and you should inform me before shipping if you need chain or not.
Silver pendants have a chain included in the price.

■ GOLD MODELS: "Oxidized" option is only available on Silver, Brass or Bronze models. We can not add oxidized on Gold.

■ IMAGES: Some pictures shown in listings are renderings and visualizations from a CAD model. Therefore the actual piece may look slightly different. The finished model will have more definition and more contrast than the rendered pictures from CAD design. Some models have finished product images as well.

■ STONE TYPE & COLORS: If you want to change color or type of stones in some models please send us a message and let us know. We will let you know if there are some extra charges or not.

Most of models are with CZ Lab (Cubic Zirconia) stones. If you want a Natural stone please send us a message and let us know. The natural stone has a different price and we have to calculate it depends of size and type of it.

■ Warranty for jewelry: We guarantee the structural integrity of a jewelry piece under the conditions of normal wear against the defects of the craftsmanship. Regular maintenance (cleaning, polishing, re-applying rhodium, etc) is a customer's responsibility and can be done at a local jewelry store. We do not warranty gems against cracks, chips, breakage, or loss.

■ For Silver / Yellow color (Gold plated), If you take care of model and don't wash the ring with chemical materials or don't scratch the ring, yellow color (Gold plating) will stay long time. But if you don't take care of model, gold plating can disappear and model comes normal silver color (white).

■ With the exception of items that have special care notes and/or warnings about their fragile nature, our jewelry is designed to be worn by people with active lifestyles. No jewelry should be worn in a chlorinated pool, but you should be able to sleep and shower with it.
