Absolutely! Once order has been confirmed, payment is due in full before work can begin.
I will accept requests for colors, size of cross ( small, medium, large), type (metal, wood, Howlite etc)
Please indicate desired length.
However, I only have certain supplies available at a time and what I post is OOAK. If I can find other supplies, I will be happy to make it just for you or someone special.

* All children's jewelry should be worn only under supervision

Shipping is FAST! I make every attempt to ship within 1 business day although it may take up to 3 days for READY TO SHIP ITEMS using USPS First Class or Parcel Post.

Delivery date is dependent on USPS. Tracking will be available.
Shipping Upgrades are available during checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Although I do try my absolute best to estimate shipping, excess shipping charges over $5 will be refunded for international orders.******

International shipping includes:
6-10 days Delivery Confirmation, indemnity insurance
3-5 days Delivery Confirmation, $200 insurance

REFUNDS
Each refund request will be given its own consideration as a case by case basis, however as a general rule refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date as indicated by USPS tracking information.

If originally paid using Paypal or Etsy direct checking, I will refund via Paypal. I will refund less shipping costs within 5 business days.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made if original is returned in original condition for something else. If something more is requested, I will invoice the balance. If less then I will refund the difference.
