Our products are made on demand, we do not have stock of products. After you have ordered it, the production time is 3-7 business days and another 3-7 business days for US shipping or 7-21 business days for International shipping. Almost our products are made and shipped in the US.

Policies about returns or cancellations

We make the product as your order, such as style, color, size, and design. So, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you insist to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours after you place the order. Please note that a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price will be charged when 24 hours have passed. However, if the product is not the same as your order or you have any problem with the product, please feel free to contact us. We still care, and we will try our best we can make it right for you.

We have many different styles which are all sized differently, please check the measurements before ordering. The color choices and size chart are located in the product detail section of every item. Please note that it is common for hand-made garments to have a size discrepancy of about 1 inch.

The products were made from polyester fabric. You can wash it with normal or cold-temperature water. Turn inside out and iron with low heat. Do not bleach and dry clean.

Warranty Claim Period

Asking a claim for a defect or loss of product can only be made within 30 days from the date of shipment.
