- Our standing diffusers are especially more effective in a closed space such as bathroom, closet, and study room. If you wish to use this in an open area, add more fragrance oil on the back surface of the product and consider buying a product that is more bigger and bulkier.

- If you feel the scent is less effective, add more fragrance oil that is enclosed in our package as a complimentary on the back surface of your product.

- All of our products are made-to-order and need 3-4 days to dry before we ship out. We recommend you open the package immediately upon receipt since our product may be vulnerable from humidity during the delivery

- Although we use non-toxic ingredients, please keep out of reach of children for safety purposes.

- If you accidentally break your product by dropping it, you can still use the product as a diffuser/air freshener since the function will remain the same. But, buying a new product is a better idea and you will never regret it.

[How to use the fragrance oil refill]
If you feel the scent less effective, drop 2 to 3 drops of fragrance oil that we enclosed in your package on the back surface of your product. It's that simple!

[Shipping Policy]
Our escence products are made-to-order. It takes up to 3-5 days to be ready to ship your order.
Once your order status has changed to "ready-to-ship", it will typically take 1-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail and 2-5 business days for USPS First Class.

[Refunds and Exchanges]
Once we start making our products after your order confirmation, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
