How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are handmade and processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email as soon as your order is on its way to you! Please check our estimated shipping times for your specific country.

What shipping service is used?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard and is not a trackable service. Select 'Upgraded Express & Tracked' shipping at the checkout for a trackable service! For estimated delivery times for Countries outside of those listed please contact me so I can check estimated delivery time before your purchase.

What if I have given a wrong or incomplete address?

Please contact us ASAP so we can make a note of this and ship to your correct address. Please note it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct & full shipping address is provided as this cannot be changed once despatched.

Wholesale availability

Gift wrapping and packaging

Orders will be sent out on a Kraft brown eco card and packaged in a burlap gift bag. If multiple charms have been ordered then they may be grouped together. If you would like your items individually packaged then please contact me via the ‘note to seller’ at checkout... as I will package each charm in an eco card pouch free of charge. If your items are gifts, and you would like packaged individually then please choose the gift wrapping option and I will package individually in a burlap gift bag. You can add a message which will be added to the gift card.

1 x Sodalite healing crystal pendant.

Sodalite is a beautiful blue stone, mottled with white and earthy brown markings. Sodalite gets its name from its rich content of sodium.
