Use current measurements and compare with size chart in instructions for best fit.

Requires 1/4 to 3/8 yd of a stretch knit (cotton lycra, rayon spandex, and double brushed polyester all work great).

You will be able to download the printable sewing pattern and instructions you can then print at home on US letter 8.5x11” or A4 paper (you will not recieve a physical copy of the pattern). You will need a PDF viewer (the free version of Adobe is recommended).
