We do undertake commissions both in pencil and paint of family pets or even landscapes. We can discuss how long it will take to complete the artwork at the time of booking and whether it is required by a certain date or for a certain event eg a birthday. Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer a gift wrap service however if you would like us to add a notelet, card in the package and send it direct to someone we will happily do so

My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?

If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days of UK delivery please let us know. International orders may be held in customs so may take longer to process, please allow 25 working days.
