How soon will I get my order?

See each listing for current processing time, and my Shop Announcement usually has up to date info on my processing time too. Order EARLY for Christmas. Typically, as of mid-late November, processing time can be up to 4 weeks. Carrier delays in package delivery are out of my control (see more below). Priority Mail is available as an upgrade; please inquire about pricing for Fed Ex services. Your receipt will be emailed to you and will have tracking info, no matter which delivery method you choose. *Please understand I am not responsible for carrier delays and I do not offer refunds for late arrivals due to delivery delays or errors.* Most services by USPS and Fed Ex are not guaranteed at this time.

What if I have a quetion about my order?

All our communication must be done through this Etsy shop. Sending me a convo/message through this shop is the quickest way to get a response, plus for both our protection, we must keep all correspondence about your order on Etsy. If I have questions about your personalization, I will convo you through your Etsy account - and I'm sure both of us don't want your order delayed, so please make sure you've opted in to receive Etsy emails and that you check your email after ordering.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns and exchanges for non personalized/non custom items if you contact me within 3 days of delivery and return the item within 7 days of delivery. Any allowed returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom orders and personalized items are not returnable. Original shipping costs are not refunded. I do not make refunds for items that are returned by USPS due to incorrect address. Please read more on the next FAQ below.

What if my package is returned to you by USPS, due to incorrect or incomplete address?

Sometimes customers input the wrong address or there is an old address on file with Etsy. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If your order is returned to me, the sender, I will reach out to you to let you know. You must tell me the correct address and you must pay the shipping costs to have me ship it to you a 2nd time. A shipping label that has been used is not re-usable and new postage must be purchased. I do not refund orders that come back to me.
