What are the earring hooks made out of?

They are silver plated metal, however we can offer sterling silver for 20p extra per pair. Subject to availability.

How do you ship your orders?

We ship our orders second class to the UK or international standard. We can send your items tracked but this will be for an extra price, so please message us if you want that.

My item hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Please wait 10 working days from when we dispatched your order (if you are from the UK). Pease wait 25 working days if you are from anywhere else. If your order has not arrived after that timeframe then message us and we will sort you out with a refund or send it again.

Are you still shipping due to Covid-19?
