Can we pick up our order from your place?

Local area pickup is available. If you live in or around NSW and would like to pick up your order at our place, please make note of this when ordering. Kindly contact me so I can provide a coupon code for free shipping on your order

Who pays for customs fees and taxes

Buyers are responsible for any additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Import charges vary from country to country but they are usually based on the price, type of item, weight and dimension etc. I am unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, thus cannot provide an exact customs fee.

European Union Consumer Rights

Buyers in the European Union countries have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Exclusion: This right does not extend to custom-made products. We don’t offer colour matching, as we work with natural wood materials that vary in tone and grain. Each piece is beautifully unique—just like nature intended. Please also note: Every piece of wood is different – Variations in wood grain, texture and colour are a natural part of the product. Colours may appear different on screen – Due to differences in lighting, photography and screen settings, the colour you see online may not perfectly reflect the product you receive. These natural differences are what make our products one-of-a-kind and special!

All items are handcrafted and each piece has its individual and unique wood grain characteristics, thus no two pieces will be the same

:: M O U N T I N G ::

1. The most secure way to hang our bookshelves is to attach a screw into a stud (pieces of wood behind a drywall that acts as the wall's frame)
2. If you don't have a stud, you can use the self-drilling plasterboard anchors and screws that we will provide you. Note that it can hold up to 20kg in total weight (including the shelf). We will not be responsible for fastening failure due to plasterboard or improper installation.
3. If you have a brick or cement wall, please choose the appropriate hardware in the dropdown list - Include Mounting Hardware.

We will provide a detailed instruction with your order.
