Hello my name is Abi and I am an interior designer by day and an experimental textile artist by night!

I use my love for colour, texture, contrast and shapes to create unique tapestries that aim lo lift, brighten and add a handmade element to any space. This necklace is titled: WINDOW. A nude cotton necklace with handmade marble polymer clay window pendant in earth tones with a subtle shimmer.

All tapestries are made in a smoke free, pet friendly home. Artwork is posted out using recycled materials wherever possible and any boxes used are FSC certified. Materials used are often from small businesses, artisan makers and are ethically sourced. All wool used is non-mulesed. When my current stash of animal derived fibres has been used up I will turning to sourcing vegan fibers only for my work.

Most of my pieces are made using a mix of both traditional and contemporary weaving techniques, and sometimes include embroidery techniques, polymer clay sculptures and even living plants.
