Simply beautiful elastic bracelet by Marion Godart Paris. It is made of multiple slice shaped dark red and black elements of very shiny, hard as glass resin. Bracelet measures 7" when unstretched and 1 5/8" wide. Really amazing Marion Godart design, shape makes you think of a peeled tangerine. Old stock, never been worn. Light scratching due to storage may occur.

Marion Godart is a well known French jewelry designer from Paris working with Resin, Lucite and Bakelite since the 1960's. She is known for her brightly colored quirky, yet chic costume jewelry. Inspired by artistic trends of the beginning of twentieth century, her creativity plays with shapes, materials and ethnic influences and color always forms the frame. A pop and unconventional style that gives all pieces joy and dynamism! Marion Godart does not sign her work, but her pieces cannot be mistaken.
