A NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE for LATE, LOST or DAMAGED ITEMS

I am happy to refund or re-send purchases IF covered by USPS insurance. Some items automatically have this free of charge because of package weight. For other items - such as single candles and incense - YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. Please message me to get the cost. (about $4.00) I AM UNABLE TO REFUND OR RE-SEND UNINSURED ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING OR LOST IN THE POSTAL ABYSS.

Custom and personalized orders

I always use USPS for shipping. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable via USPS, I will resend it at a corrected address provided the customer pays the additional shipping and small handling fee. Your original order will be canceled and a new order will need to be placed through a custom listing which will include shipping and handling.

This shimmering black offering candle, scented with frankincense & myrrh, is created to honor the Greek pantheon goddess, Medusa. It is adorned with symbols and offerings specifically chosen for her: snake skin, coral, tiny shells and rose petals. The candle comes in a 3" x 2", 8 oz. tin.*

Medusa is a sea spirit; coral is said to be her blood spilled into the sea. Snakes are associated with Medusa for more than the obvious reason. This correspondence is significant because snakes represent cunning and transformation. Some story research suggests that it was actually Medusa's sister who was transformed into the snake-haired monster due to Medusa's ability to glamour Athena and shapeshift herself to be unrecognizable. Bringing offerings to pagan deities is a time-honored tradition. With 30+ hours of burn time, you will be able to honor Medusa an hour a day, every day for a month, if you so choose!

- Avoid Drafty Areas
- Do not burn near other heat sources
- Burn for no more than 4-hours at a time
- Keep wax pool free of debris
- Keep burning candles away from children & pets
- Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4"
