Custom and personalized orders

I accept custom orders. Please contact me; we can discuss it in details, such as style, stones, colors, and delivery time. After I complete the piece and mail it out, I will send you photos to ask your opinions; then, I will act accordingly. The order is returnable. Upon receiving the jewelry, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it if you don't like it. If it is my mistake causing the return, I will refund you the returning shipping cost. I have a wide range of gemstones and silver findings and don't have enough time to post them in my shop. If you have some ideas and don't see it in my shop, please ask me.

I provide related information up request. In the package I mail out, there is an anti-tarnish tissue and a plastic bag. If you keep your jewelry in the bag with the tissue when you are not wearing it, your jewelry will be shine for many years.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you need gift wrapping, please let me know, and I will do it for you. Every piece of jewelry will be mailed out with a jewelry gift box and a plastic bag containing a piece of anti-tarnish paper to keep the jewelry from oxidation.

I try to describe my jewelry size as accurately as possible without significant human error. If you have a question about the size or want to know in more detail, please let me know. I can take extra photos for you, such as putting jewelry aside a ruler, or putting a coin aside. Or you like jewelry but need a different size; please contact. It is easy for me to resize the jewelry for you.

I take the photos in my shop. Right now, I'm still learning how to take good pictures. In my opinion, good photos reflect the actual colors and textures of the jewelry, including the gemstones and findings. I'm trying my best to take photos to reflect the natural characters of the jewelry. As you know, the observed jewelry colors from different computer screens will be slightly different. I always use the colors and textures shown on the camera screen as the standard point in this situation. If the photos' colors and textures from the camera screen are the same as the jewelry, I post them in the shop.

Hello, I am sorry you are not satisfied with the necklace. I already sent you a return label, so please return it to me. The photo doesn't look like the necklace I sent you, either. The necklace I mailed you is honey-colored with orange flames. You need to put the necklace on a white background and have sunlight pass through it. Without sunlight, there is no fire because fire comes from sunlight; the fire cannot come from without sunlight. Thank you for your opinion.

Looks nothing like The picture. It kinda blueish. Greatly disappointed. Was looking forward to a Yellow Opals. Would like refund. Since it was The last one. Send shipping label. Thank you.

I am so sorry that I mistakenly packed the wrong-color necklace for you. The white one is more expensive than the yellow one you purchased. Pure white opal with blue/purple fire is hard to get, and I haven't posted this one yet in my store. I have 60 opal necklaces in my stock, but among the 60, I only have 5 pure white ones with blue and purple fire (usually fire is reddish). Since it was a mistake of mine, I felt very sorry about it. I will issue you a full refund and send you a return label. Thank you for actively communicating with me about my mistake. Later, I will organize my stock in detail to avoid the same mistake. Thank you very much.
