Your phone number is constantly busy. I couldn't find the second item I ordered on your site. I eventually found it but it wasn't delivered today as the order and delivery app said. The shipping and handling fees are ridiculous. My $15 purchase cost almost $28. This will be my last order ever. Thank you.

I'm sorry, Joseph. I think you are getting this order mixed up with another Etsy shop. You have ordered only one product...a $10.00 magnet. Not two items like you said. Also, I do not have handling fees. Your shipping was $5.35. And the sales tax was .95 cents. This totals $16.30, not $28.00 like you said. No one has ever told me my phone is constantly busy. Again, I believe you are getting me confused with another order you purchased with someone else.
