FINISH OPTIONS:
• Untreated. We recommend such option if you want to apply coating by yourself.
• Oil. Clear oil will be applied.
• Beeswax (without any color).
• Paint. Will be painted in white or light grey (RAL7040) color.
• Paint + oil. Shelf sides will be painted in white or grey, middle parts - clear or brownish oil.

MAINTENANCE OF BOOKSHELVES:
• For untreated items:
- Uncoated wood quickly loses its aesthetic appearance, so we recommend coating the product with oil, varnish, paint, etc. to protect the wood from external influences.

• For oiled items:
- Our items are made to order, so a new item can have an oil smell that will disappear over 1-2 weeks. The oil is organic, 0% VOC, so it is completely safe to use for children from dispatching time.
- We recommend cleaning with a dry cloth for the first 2 weeks without intensive rubbing and without using cleaners.
- After 2 weeks stains can be cleaned with a cloth moistened with water or a non-alcoholic cleaner.
- It is advisable to remove stains immediately and protect them from splashing with intense colors.
- The item can be refinished if necessary.

• For waxed items:
- It is advisable to remove stains immediately.
- Items with a rubber or latex bottom side should not be placed on.

• For painted surface:
- Protect the surface of the shelf from scratching with sharp objects.
- Do not leave uncleaned stains.
- Do not leave the surface wet.

USAGE AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

The maximum load for each bookshelf is 25–40 kg (55–88 lbs), depending on shelf size. Do not exceed this weight limit to ensure safety and maintain the product’s durability.

Follow the provided assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly may compromise the shelf’s stability and safety.

• Secure Placement:
Place the shelf on a flat, stable surface. For extra security, anchor the shelf to the wall using the provided mounting brackets.

• Regular Maintenance:
Periodically check the shelf for loose screws or damage. Tighten hardware as needed to maintain stability.
