In order to offer my international customers the most affordable rates possible, I have two shipping options: STANDARD SHIPPING: 10-45 business days, untracked Orders being sent “Standard” DO NOT come with a tracking number. I will not have any delivery information for you once your item is shipped. This service is reliable, but I have had the occasional parcel go missing. If this happens, it should be covered under Etsy's Purchase Protection Program. Why don’t you offer free shipping?

I would absolutely LOVE to offer my customers free shipping, but unfortunately I’m not a big company and I can’t afford to subsidize the cost. 😞 That being said, I’ve done my best to find the cheapest, quickest, and most reliable shipping options. 🙌 Please also keep in mind that postal services continues to increase their rates due to inflation.

Are your items from a pet-free home?

No, I live in a pet-friendly home. Don’t worry though - Pip isn’t allowed near the inventory! I store items in sealed bags within large plastic bins, so they are safe and out of reach of the curious pup. 🐶

Why do some items cost so much more than others?

The pricing of my items depends on their condition, popularity, and how easy/difficult it is for me to find them. All of the items in my shop are retired & no longer in production, so acquiring certain ones can be a challenge, which is reflected in the price.

Will my Ty plush come with a tag protector?

It can! I’m happy to include one complimentary tag protector per Beanie purchased. Just send me a message or leave your request under “Note to Seller” at the checkout.

We all have a responsibility to take care of our planet, and Pip & I take it very seriously. VINTAGE ITEMS By purchasing a vintage item, you’re already making a greener choice! New toys require new materials & resources, while second-hand or vintage items have already been made, so giving them as long a life as possible & keeping them out of landfills is the sustainable option. PACKAGING Please re-use your packaging materials if you can! The cardboard box, kraft envelope, and paper are all recyclable. As with any good company, we're always looking to improve! Currently our tape & shipping labels are not eco-friendly. We're in the process of searching for greener & affordable replacements. If you have any suggestions, let us know!
