We are not responsible for lost packages outside of the United States. We ship inside the US complimentary standard shipping. If you require overnight shipping, or any kind of express shipping this requires a special request and acknowledgement from us and incurs additional charges. Item ships from location within 48 hours of receiving payment (Excluding weekends and holidays). We gladly accept returns, as we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Returns accepted when SawDust Finery is notified of request to return within 48 hours of original receipt of package. Item must show return shipping postage within 7 days of original receipt of purchase. Please ship back in original condition, with original packaging and insurance to ensure safe travel. If item was shipped with an appraisal card, the appraisal card must be returned with item of purchase. Non receipt of appraisal card upon return will result in $85.00 deduction from return refund, as the appraisal card costs $85.00. Items that have been altered or damaged while in the care of the buyer will be assessed upon return and purchaser will not receive full refund.

If your package says delivered but you haven't received it or it appears to be lost in transit it is your responsibility to participate in contacting your local post office for a lost package search. This may include you going down to your local post office to inquire about your lost package. We will do our best to locate any lost packages from our end but in order to get a refund on your lost package we will have to complete a full US Postal package search which can take up to 3 months. It is in your best interest to look for your package around your house, check with neighbors and check with your local post office in person, before claiming it is lost and requesting a refund.
