The metal has tarnished on my item and I would like a refund.

We use “non tarnish” metal however most of our jewellery is plated only. For this reason it requires extra care to ensure that it is kept dry and away from oils/perfumes and cream. Sometimes metal itself can inevitably react with certain skin types. The chains we send out with your jewellery are gold plated and completely free of charge. If an item you receive tarnishes within 28 days we will of course replace or refund (exc complimentary chain). We have an excellent reputation for our jewellery and pride ourselves on using the highest quality supplies whilst remaining cost effective for our customers.

all my bracelets are made with the strongest elastic and genuine stones, however the elastic has the potential to wear over time, to get the best out of your crystal bracelet, roll it on and over the hand and please take it off before bathing.Not only does this prevent the elastic from stretching and wearing it also prevents problems with some of the stones, some stones do not like water cleansing and charging is very important, i will send instructions on how to do this with your item. .... metal can become oxidised over time

Very rarely, items get lost in the post. I will always send tracking details so you can keep up to date with the progress of your package. I will refund or replace the item/items after it has been 10 days from the estimated delivery date in the uk and 25 days from outside the UK. Due to the fact our sales are the lifeline for our rescue animals so we do not refund or replace before this time frame is up.

My item states delivered but I have not recieved it.

We are not responsible for packages that have been stolen or that state delivered on the tracking to the correct address but are not recieved. We send all packages with a tracking number for you to follow. If your item states it has been delivered and we have sent it to the address that was attached to your order then it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the postal company. Our profits go towards our rescue animals and refunding packages that states delivered takes away our profit as we cannot claim it back. As long as we have done everything correctly on our end this is not our fault. However, if it is our fault in any way we will issue a refund or replace the item immediately.

I accidentally gave the wrong delivery address at checkout but the item has shipped. Can you rectify it?

Unfortunately once an item has shipped we can not change the delivery address. We also cannot refund or cancel an order once this happens. On the occasions where the package is returned to sender we can send it back on to the correct address, providing you pay the postage again.

My package got returned to sender because I did not collect it from the post office. What happens now?

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed we will refund for the item only. We can send the package back to you if you wish, but you will be required to pay the postage cost.

I would like to return an item but it is not faulty or damaged.

The buyer is responsible for all returns they wish to make unless we have made a mistake on our behalf. We do not cover return postage unless an item arrives damaged or is faulty.

My item has broke. Can I have a replacement or a refund?

We can only offer a refund or replacement within 1 month of you receiving your order. Since crystals are energy pieces there is no time guarantee but we are willing to take accountability for a fault within 1 month as this means it was a mistake on our behalf.

Our stones are responsibly sourced to the absolute best of our ability and this has always been very important to us. We are fortunate to work closely with reputable suppliers with whom we have established trusting professional relationships and now close friendships with. Our crystals are sourced mainly from the UK, Madagascar, Indonesia, USA and Brazil. We also visit rock and gem shows whenever possible to hand pick beads. We are mindful of the crystal chain and consciously do our best to try and ensure that the Crystals we source are mined and worked under ethical conditions. We would not work with anyone who we didn’t believe or share our views.
