SHIPPING + TURN AROUND TIME

My turn around time to make and place your order in the mail is typically 1-3 business days. During the holiday season and periods of high volume sales, it could take an additional 1-2 days. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. All items are mailed USPS Ground Select and will typically arrive within 2-5 business days after the item is shipped. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT. With the current shipping delays you may want to consider this when placing your order. The only shipping option that are guaranteed is UPS Ground. You will need to purchase this shipping upgrade if you want to your delivery guaranteed. Please note that UPS Ground shipping is the shipping speed and not the processing and production time.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping time may be impacted by USPS due to holidays, weather, etc. I can't control these factors and thus cannot be held responsible for delayed mail. If items arrive late due to postal delays I am unable to offer refunds. Thanks so much for your understanding! Again, please purchase one of the guaranteed shipping options if you need your item by a certain date.

I also am not responsible if an item is lost or returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Please make sure to include an apartment or unit number, if applicable, as failing to do so typically results in the package being returned to me. In the event an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address I'll kindly ask you to pay for the shipping, as I have to purchase a completely new label to resend to you. Each potholder is made to order. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. Please make sure you have the correct color selected, as I cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you choose the wrong color.

If there is a problem with your order once it arrives from a mistake that I've made, such as wrong color, please contact me within 5 business days. After 5 days mistakes will NOT be fixed.
