Non-personalized/ ready to ship products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The jewelry must be unworn and returned in original packaging. All shipping fees are non refundable. If your order was shipped free of charge, a return postage fee of $13.00 will be deducted from your refund.

If you'd like to make any changes on your order, please contact us within 6 hours. After 6 hours, changes will not be accepted or there may be extra charges as your order has been processed. Changes of SHIPPING ADDRESS and shipping service must be informed within 6 hours of purchase. Last-minute changes of shipping address and shipping service won't be accepted as your order may have already been shipped out before we receive your request.
