International packages can take on average 2-4 weeks, but can take upwards of 6-10 weeks.

Our goal is to get every message answered within 24 hrs on weekdays. We work from 8am - 4pm CST each day so we strive to get your messages answered same day. However, my top priority is always getting orders out asap! Since I make every piece per order there can be message delays due large order fulfillment and holidays. We ask that you please be patient and I will always respond within a 24-48 hours weekday time frame even in our busiest of times. I take weekends off to be with my family, so I do not reply to messages on Saturday & Sunday.

It's the weekend and I haven't gotten a reply

I commonly get asked why people are not getting answers on the weekends. I take weekends off to be with my family, but I will reply to weekend messages first thing Monday morning and all other inquiries between 8am - 4pm CST on weekdays.

Offering refunds on all products is very much a luxury afforded to bigger stores that cut corners and don't spend time on the labor of building the product. With handmade goods, a return cannot easily be resold because they are made to order for you specifically and we cannot get the time back we spent building your product. Because of this we do not allow refunds on all items, but will make the decision on a case-by-case basis and each return will be subject to a restocking fee. We do allow exchanges of equal or lesser value for an exchange fee + return shipping. We offer exchanges on international orders; the customer must cover return shipping. We do not allow any returns/exchanges on Diamonds and solid gold items.

All exchanges will be subject to an exchange fee for materials and labor. This price is subject to change based on the needs of each exchange. Exchanges are for equal or lesser value items only. The exchange has to be approved before the item is mailed back. If an item is mailed back to us without us accepting the terms of the exchange the customer will be responsible to pay for shipping to get the item back. The item must be in perfect condition when it is returned to us. If an item is damaged when we receive it, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value. This includes any additional cost to fix the item or replace any missing broken pieces, etc. If the item is returned beyond repair the customer is responsible for paying for a whole new item at full price. We are not liable for any items lost during transit. Our exchange window is within 14 days of delivery.

Gemstone Certifications

The low price and high quality is part of the secret sauce to my business you could say. I found an amazing father and son team from Thailand who work with gem miners. These miners mine for the clear perfect gemstones and sell the opaque (and more beautiful in my opinion) ones for a great price! However, certifying a gemstone is extremely costly and time consuming. Each certification averages between $150 - $250 and if we got them all certified we wouldn't be able to keep our prices so low.

THE PRODUCT

- This is a gorgeous green blue sea glass ring and is apx. 3 cts.

- Each ring is handmade by myself and is for the person who truly enjoys the look of sea glass and admires it's beauty straight from nature.

- We hand select and cut each piece of sea glass to guarantee you're getting the best quality natural stone possible!

- We then polish them with a natural oil sealant for a beautiful shine.

- These sea glass stones have not been treated in any way and is exactly how you would find it if you pulled it up yourself from the ocean.

- We cut them into a dainty 8mm squares and then set them in a .925 sterling silver, gold fill, or solid gold setting. The gold we use is a very vibrant color.

- Finally we put a clear resin on the bottom of the stone to ensure an even longer product life and top it off with a polish, ensuring a beautifully glowing ring!

- PLEASE NOTE THAT 14K SOLID GOLD CAN TAKE UP TO 2-4 WEEKS TO BE MADE. 10K AND 18K CAN TAKE 3-6 WEEKS AS THESE ARE CUSTOM MADE.
