HOW DO I MEASURE FOR BEST FIT?

How to take your own measurements: Take a measure tape of a string and measure the length from the bridge of the nose vertically down to the chin and horizontally from cheek to cheek across the tip of your nose. The mask measurements are shown flat so see how long the string is and compare it to our measurements. Keep in mind that our dimensions are the maximum length vertically and horizontally. All of our mask expand and contract so being a little under is perfectly fine and actually ideal! If you are at the max, it's time to size up. Elastic ear loops are extra long to give most wearers enough wiggle room to adjust (with a knot) to fit your unique face perfectly.

WHICH SIZE DO I CHOOSE?

ADULT size typically fits most unisex faces. The female model shown is wearing ADULT. LARGE ADULT size is best suited for larger features and/or facial hair. The male model is wearing LARGE ADULT. There is no standard industry sizing for masks, and like clothing, each shop will have their own sizing specs. Please use our measurements solely for our masks and vice versa. Ready-Made items ship within 1-3 Business Days. Made-To-Order items ship within 4-7 business Days. Updates or delays will communicated as needed. If your order includes both ready made and MTO, we will ship when the entire order is complete.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MASK?

HAND WASH ONLY To avoid damaging and to extend the life of your mask and filter inserts, hand wash, reshape and hang/lay flat to dry. Warm iron if needed. Never iron your filter inserts or elastic. Trim your filter to fit filter pocket.

HOW DO I USE THE FILTER INSERTS?

We provide 2 filter inserts cut to approximate size. Cut and trim insert to fit inside filter pocket. Expand mask and insert the filter one end at a time, making sure the edge of the filter lines up with the edges. Hand wash and air dry after every use. Your filters should last thru many washings.

CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM ORDERS?

Currently, we cannot fulfill custom orders. We think this will be around for the long haul and we do plan to be more flexible once we get our bearings, but for now, the masks are sold as is. **Alternative trim including liner and elastic may be substituted when necessary due to shortages of materials and trimmings.

Care and Use Instructions
To insert filter, expand your mask, insert inside filter pocket, making sure as much surface area is covered as possible.
We recommend hand washing and hang to dry to extend the life of it’s effectiveness. You can iron masks, but NEVER iron filters. They will melt!
