When will my order be shipped?

I start working straight away to get your order to you quickly! All orders will be shipped within 3 days of payment confirmation, but most orders will be shipped before then! I work with printing companies all over the world to get your order to you quicker and to remove customs charges as much as possible. I have printers in: UK, USA, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Singapore and Spain.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders will be sent Royal Mail 48 and typically arrive within 1-3 days. Need it quicker? Upgrade to Royal Mail 24 at the checkout! Delivery outside of the UK varies but most countries will be within 5- 7 days. Every order is sent tracked to give you peace of mind so you always know where your order is!

Will I need to pay customs charges?

Not in most cases! As I work with the best printers all over the world, for most orders there will be no customs charges to pay as your order will be printed in or near your country and any fees are already built into the delivery price by the shipping provider. There will be no customs charges in the following countries: UK, USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, India, Japan, Singapore, Turkey and UAE. Please see the questions below for additional info and if your country is not mentioned above.

Took 5 weeks to arrive in Massachusetts around the holidays and no tracking provided as said in description, but mug arrived intact and was exactly as described. Seller also very responsive and a delight to work with.
