This product is handmade and made on-demand. Generally print and assembly takes 7-10 business days (note: business days do not include weekends and holidays). We offer an option with FREE Express Shipping which will have your order delivered within a few days after production.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Packages that are delivered to an incorrect and/or old address that is not returned, unfortunately, will not be exchanged. Please double check your address. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours and we’ll get things fixed.

If there is damage from shipping there is anything wrong with your product be sure to snap some photos and message them to us. We’ll get things sorted for you as quickly as possible.

VAT / Customs Charges:
Depending on your country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges that we are unable to prepay or even predict. From what we’ve seen customs clearance fees are incurred on some shipments to Germany, Canada, and Spain. Again, we are not responsible for customs clearance fees and will not refund or replace items destroyed or returned by customs due to non-payment of fees or rejection of delivery.
