Shipping upgrades do not move your order ahead of others, it is a shipping upgrade. Please see each listing for processing times as they do change during busy times. We are not responsible for lost packages, all packages have tracking and insurance can be purchased upon request. International orders may and can be charge separate customs or VAT fees. We do not offer refunds on personalized orders. If we make a mistake we will correct it. No exchanges

If you have to have a proof, we may not be the right shop for you. We discourage proof requests as it slows the process and delays your order. If your approved for a proof, and your proof has not been approved by you by the scheduled ship by date, it will be shipped as is and not be refundable. You may leave your phone number at checkout (US only) as a point of contact if that is an easier and quicker method for the approval process. 1 proof edit will be done free of charge, any edits after that may require a small fee. Please keep in mind the production time will begin when the final proof is approved, not when the order is placed.

Custom and personalized orders

TEXT: Please provide accurate notes upon ordering. Be sure your spelling and dates are correct; we do not edit your text. Font choices are not offered on most listings. IMAGES: Please send best quality image with space around the subject. No emojis, blurs or shadows on the image, add a note for editing if applicable. We reserve the right to use images of custom "items" we create for product promotion and or listings. We WILL NOT SHOW PEOPLE images without prior consent. LEATHER: We use genuine leather, markings, texture and color can vary slightly. Engraving on darker colors is harder to see. COLOR We do our best show our products in the best light for each listing. Exact color match is not promised.

Paracord Bracelets We make each item according to the WRIST measurement provided. Please do not measure a previous bracelet or watch. If you provide us with a comfortable WRIST measurement, it will fit comfortably. If you provide us with a snug WRIST measurement the bracelet will be snug and uncomfortable. How to size: Wrap a strip of paper or string around the wrist, mark where the ends overlap comfortably. Measure that against a ruler to the nearest 1/2 inch. Paracord bracelets will measure 3/4" - 1 " longer than the actual wrist circumference when laid flat, this is a standard formula for these types of bracelets
