Who does Una Pluma use for shipping?

All orders will be sent via USPS mail and the buyer will receive a tracking number (USA order only) once the order has shipped. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note Una Pluma is not responsible, nor has knowledge of, duties and taxes imposed on international orders. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed.

Custom and personalized orders

We are unable to fill custom orders at this time.

All Una Pluma garments can be machine washed. We recommend hang drying or drying on low heat in the dryer.

Please feel free to contact us with any sizing questions and we will do our best to help you select the size that will work best for you.

Return Policy and restock fee

We are excited to offer free shipping to USA customers and in order to make that possible ALL returns are subject to a $5.00 restock fee. This fee is per order. We are happy to exchange any items (except unders and socks) in original condition. Returns and exchanges are sent back to our shop at the buyers expense and we will ship any exchanges back to you at our expense. Feel free to contact us with any questions—we are here to help! In order to qualify for a refund, you will need to ship items back to us within 7 days from receipt. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the garment is returned in the original (unworn and unwashed) condition. We DO NOT accept any returns/exchanges on international orders.

This beautiful underwear set is made from our super soft, almost silky, organic cotton/lycra blend. Designed with comfort and style in mind, the cut is between a brief and boy shorts. The waist band is made from the same delightful fabric making these feel extra soft and comfortable against your skin.

This set comes with 5 pairs of underwear. The mixed color set comes with one each of the following colors: caramel, black, cream, rum raisin and earth (as shown in the first photo). Sets are pre-packed together and therefore we are not able to substitute colors. Thanks for understanding!

Sizing: Our organic cotton lycra blend is super stretchy and will give in just the right places. A rough guide to sizing is:

Size S: Stretches to fit hips up to 36 inches around
Size M: Stretches to fit hips up to 39 inches around
Size L: Stretches to fit hips up to 42 inches around
Size XL: Stretched to fit hips up to 45 inches around
Size XXL: Stretches to fit hips up to 48 inches around
