I would usually suggest printing on cardstock paper with a matte finish or white satin paper. It depends on the type of desired outcome that you may prefer. Textured art card looks great too.

You may get them printed online through providers such as Officeworks ( Australia ), Harvey Norman ( Australia ) Vistaprint, Staples, CVS, Snapbox, Snapfish, Walmart, Shutterfly.
