» CAN I TRY OUT A TEMPLATE BEFORE PURCHASING?

Yes! For all items with a Corjl logo on them, just look for the DEMO LINK in the item description. Playing around with a template before purchasing it is highly recommended. By using this link, you can see exactly what is editable and what's not and see if the template will meet your needs.

» WHAT CAN BE EDITED ON CORJL TEMPLATES?

Most text is editable, but background images and some other images CANNOT be moved or edited. Please use the demo link provided within the listing description to see what can and cannot be edited.

» CAN I CHANGE THE DOCUMENT SIZE ON CORJL TEMPLATES?

No, the size and orientation of the document cannot be changed.

» DO I HAVE TO INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE ON MY COMPUTER TO EDIT CORJL TEMPLATES?

Not at all! All you need is a computer or mobile device. Corjl is an online web app that works right in your browser. NOTE: A desktop computer is recommended for more complex edits.

» ARE ALL OF YOUR FILES EDITABLE USING CORJL?

No. Some files are INSTANT DOWNLOADS and are not editable. To know whether or not a file is editable, make sure to read the item's description completely and it will tell you EXACTLY what you are purchasing.

» DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD ANY FONTS?

Nope. There are many design-complimenting fonts available to choose from already ready for you to use within the Corjl web app.

» WHERE CAN I PRINT MY ITEMS?

You can print your files right at home on your printer or at Staples®, Office Max®, Office Depot®, FedEx/Kinkos®, or any other local or online print shop that accepts PDF or JPG files. Print on a heavy matte 8.5x11 card stock paper of your choice. Choose 80lb or heavier for highest quality feel. For invitations, Prints of Love is a fantastic online print shop that I have partnered with. Place your order online using this link: https://printsoflove.com/printzperfect. They offer FREE ENVELOPES with every order and 2-3 day FREE SHIPPING! Corjl templates allow you to export your finished file as a PDF or JPEG file ready for any professional print shop complete with trim marks, bleed, and even options to save paper when printing at home.

» DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Of course! I'd love to create a custom design for you and will work with you to make your vision come to life. Just contact me directly via Etsy messages to discuss. Turnaround time on custom designs will vary depending on my workload and time of year.

» MY ITEM IS NOT PRINTING EXACTLY AS I SEE IT ON MY COMPUTER!

Please keep in mind that all designs are high-resolution print-lab quality when you receive them. Printouts of these items may vary slightly in color depending on your monitor and/or printer. Due to the many variations in monitors, browsers, and printers, colors may vary slightly when printed. Monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the internet is not precise. Appearance will vary depending on your monitor, printer, and paper type. Be sure to set your printer settings to maximum quality for best results. If your file downloads properly but does not print exactly as you see it on the monitor, this is a PRINTER issue and has nothing to do with the download. Please check printer settings and adjust accordingly.

» HOW DO I FIND AND ACCESS THE DIGITAL FILES I'VE PURCHASED?

There are several ways to access your item: • For items with the Corjl logo, you will be sent an email directly from Corjl containing a link to access and edit your item. The email is sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy. --> This is the quickest way to access your Corjl items • From your Etsy account, look for your downloads section here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases • Etsy will send you an email with direct download links.
