DIGITAL FILE:
If you select this option, we will design your file and send it to you via email. Please send your photo via etsy message or to dreamdesigngroup31 [!at] yahoo.com. Include the size you want your digital file to be (i.e. 8x8), colors, and theme. If this is selected, only a digital file is provided via email. Nothing will be printed and shipped to you.

PRINTED AND SHIPPED BACKDROP:
Your backdrop will be designed, printed and shipped to you. The material is heavy weight vinyl. The price in the drop down menu includes shipping to anywhere in the USA. This is the total price for design, printing and shipping. The stand is not included.

HOW TO ORDER:
1) Select the size your would like in the drop down menu
2) Purchase the listing
3) In the notes section of your order at checkout:
Type in the name of your event as you would like it to appear on the backdrop
"Natalie's Sweet 16"
4) Colors you want (or keep them the same)
5) If you want to add an element like a crown, star, etc. write it in the comments as well
6) Send your photo as an attachment in an etsy message to us. Or, send the photo to dreamdesigngroup31 [!at] yahoo.com
7) Type in the date of your event

PROCESS:
We will send you a proof within 24 -48 hours of order. Once you approve the design, you will receive the printed file via mail 5 -7 business days after approval.

PROOF APPROVAL
We will send you a message with your proof and the address we have on file. PLEASE RESPOND TO THE EMAIL that it is approved and confirm your shipping address. YOUR BANNER WILL PRINT EXACTLY LIKE THE IMAGE IN THIS EMAIL. Please note that you will receive two rounds of edits (if needed) for your banner.

HOW TO HANG:
Finish - Pole Pockets or Grommets? (If you want to see and image of this, scroll through the photos in this listing for an example)
>>Grommets - Recommended if you are using command hooks to hang it on a wall or attaching to photo stand.

>>Pole Pockets - Recommended if you want a clean and neat finish to your display. It will slide through the pole in your photo stand. Please note that if you select pole pockets, the pocket is accounted for in the height. This may effect the height by 1 - 2 inches.

SHIPPING:
We ship out all banners 1-3 business days after the order is processed. Banners will be received 5-7 days after they are shipped. A notification will be sent via etsy message of this.
Expedited shipping is available, if needed. Just message us prior to order.

PACKAGING:
>>All banners that are 10ft. wide x 8ft. height (or 8ft. wide x 10ft. height) and below are shipped rolled (no folds/no wrinkles)
>>All banners that are 10ft. wide x 10ft. wide are shipped boxed and folded (will have fold lines).

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?:
Our size chart is one of the photos in this listing. Just scroll through the photos to see the chart. This will help you determine what size works best for you.
Please note:
>>Table Banners - 5ft. x 4ft. and 6ft. x 4ft.
>> Kid parties - 4ft. x 6ft. and 6ft. x 6ft. works well
>> Large Banners 6ft. x 8ft. or 8ft. x 8ft. - Standard adult size party banner. 8ft. x 8ft. is a large size and works great for group and individual photos
>> Extra Large banners are 10ft. x 8ft. and 10ft. x 10ft. You can fit at least 7-8 people across on these banners for large group shots

MATERIAL:
We use a premium heavyweight 13 oz. matte vinyl material. It has a very smooth surface for best printing results.
