We recommend that you first measure the space in which you will use the backdrop to get a correct idea of the size of the product and accordingly choose the one that best suits your needs. - YOU DON'T GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT IN YOUR PICTURES. We are not responsible for the results you will get in your photo shoots. Within a photo shoot, there are many factors that affect image quality: lighting, camera settings, the type of camera used, white balance, etc. - COLOR VARIATION. Each screen has very different color settings and image resolution. For this reason, the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly in reality. We therefore recommend that you use different screens to compare the color.

- LIGHTING PROBLEMS. All our backgrounds are printed on matte vinyl material which in most cases does not give any lighting problems. However, it is always a plastic material which, by its nature, could reflect the light more in solid colors and in darker designs: in these cases it may be necessary to adjust the lighting. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to get proper lighting on a background. - YOU PROVIDED A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please check several times that the data provided are correct, we will not refund if you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM HAS PRINT DEFECTS?

Each backdrop undergoes several checks before being packed and shipped, to ensure the highest quality of the product. However, in the rare event that the item has a printing defect, you can contact us no later than 3 days after delivery (so send us a message before leaving feedback or opening a complaint, we will be at your complete disposal to resolve the problem). Please note: after 3 days from receipt of the package, the report will no longer be taken care of.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for damage to a package. If you happen to receive your order visibly damaged already in its outer packaging, please refuse the package directly to the courier who delivers it or specify to the courier to "accept it with reserve ". Then contact us immediately. (For only International Order) To avoid problems of this nature, we offer our customers the opportunity to insure their package through an option present at the time of purchase. We highly recommend choosing insurance! Remember that in the event of a return, the shipment is always charged to the customer.

WHY DID MY ORDER NOT ARRIVE IN THE ESTIMATED TIMES?

We do our best to provide you with a high quality product in a short time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers. Remember that shipping times are always indicative and may vary due to Covid, customs, holidays, particular weather conditions or other. Unfortunately, we cannot refund these delays.

IF CUSTOMS BLOCKS MY PARCEL DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING? International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees. THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS APPLICABLE ON CUSTOMS DUTIES.

LovaluBackdrops can not be held responsible neither for delays caused by items held in customs nor for any costs on customs duties incurred by the customer. In these cases, we recommend that you contact the customs office for more information. If you refuse your package without paying customs duties, you will not be able to receive a refund.

WHAT IS THE CORRECT METHOD TO PRESERVE A BACKDROP?

We recommend that you store your rolled backdrops in the shipping tube. To clean the backdrop, simply use a damp cloth, with a small amount of dish soap if needed. If the backdrop creases or wrinkles, just roll it tight around the shipping tube and leave it overnight. If this does not work, you can also use a hairdryer (be careful not to keep the hairdryer too close to the material).

HOW CAN I HANG THE BACKDROP?

The following are ways you can hang a backdrop: 1) Hang onto a backdrop stand with clamps (simply clamp your backdrop to the horizontal pole) 2) Tape your backdrop to a wall with heavy duty tape 3) Use tacks, thumbnails, nails, etc 4) Use earthquake putty or UHU putty 5) Scotch 3M command strips
