How to custom the painting?

It is easy to custom the painting at Nam Phuong Art. 1. Just send us your photo through etsy and a message sharing any ideas you may have (size, cropping, background, a specific date when you need it, etc...). 2. Then choose the item in our shop that defines style you would like. There are different styles with different prices on our Etsy shop. It depends on who painted the portrait for you. 3. After you pay 100% payment of portrait and finalize the photo, we will start to paint. 4. When your portrait is finished I will send you a photo of it for your approval. Then your work of art gets shipped to you.

How is the painting shipped?

You can choose: 1) Rolled in a protective tube - no extra cost 2) Ready to hang in a reinforced cardboard box - plus extra shipping cost At default, The painting will be rolled in a protective tube and shipped with no extra cost. Please contact us if you want to frame or stretch your painting

PROCESSING TIME
The process to make a painting takes between 3-4 weeks because we use oil paint. Oil need time to get dry in fresh air as the paint is oil based but sometimes We have overbooking so it takes a little more. If this happens I would send you an email to inform you before starting the work.

Prior to shipping the painting we will send you a digital photo for your approval. This is your chance to suggest any changes and comment the painting.
