I received the console. It was beautiful and was beyond expectations. I would do business with the Etsy vendor without question.

This was my first Etsy purchase. I had high hopes, but the entire experience fell very short of my expectations. The manufacturing of the product was supposed to take about three months. I reached out just after that, and was told nothing was started. A month later, after numerous phone calls, I finally gave up and reached out to Etsy for a refund. Surprise, in two days I was told the furniture was ready to ship. The first thing I noticed, after receiving the furniture was that the veneer edges of the boards was not sanded after routing, nor were they properly glued down. It was a miracle I didn’t break several of them off just trying to move the furniture. It will take me several hours of gluing and sanding to get it repaired. Then I noticed one of the doors had 2”hinge holes drilled on the wrong side that were patched…
