Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us! Because all of our items are printed upon order and we don't hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Production and Shipping Times

Production Time 1-5 Business Days (usually 2-3 business days) Standard Shipping Time 2-5 Business Days (usually 3-4 business days) Please note that production and shipping times may extend during holiday seasons (Mother's Day, Christmas, Halloween, etc.)

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed packages will be donated after 4 weeks.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. In the case of lost items, we will always replace the item for free, but will not offer a refund/cancellation.
